It is easy to make a same-day appointment. Dr Faron, front staff, and medical assistants/nurses are lovely. Neil Graham is anything but. He is rude, talks to you like you’re stupid, makes you feel inferior, talks over you, does not listen, and will downplay your concerns. On more than one occasion he has made me feel like the dumbest person ever. My 4 month old daughter was hospitalized with RSV and needed a follow-up with her PCP. He was the only one available so I had to go to him. He told me he didn’t think she was that severe in order to be hospitalized, let alone be on oxygen, and said her case was “textbook, a cup of coffee, easy RSV.” Whatever that means. The office is dated, not as clean as it should be, outdated forms, and equipment needs to be serviced and/pr replaced. Even the

We have had our daughter seen by Sub. Pediatrics since she was born, and couldn't be happier with the care she has received. The nurse call line is always super helpful, friendly, and accessible...same day appointments have never been a problem to come by when needed. Most of our visits have been with Dr. Faron and Dr. Graham, but everyone at the practice has always been helpful. Glad they stick to recommended vaccine schedules for their patients.

The best practice hands down. The frontal staff is friendly and extremely patient with us , sleep deprived parents. Scheduling is always very easy and because they have so many talented doctors, getting in when your child is sick is never a problem. You can tell everyone there genuinely likes the kids, and they never rush through an appointment. Thank you Suburban Pediatrics.

Unfortunately, we had a bad experience. I wanted my daughter to be treated in this practice. We were promised that they would take my daughter. We provided all the documents. We were told that they would call us back as soon as the doctor scheduled the first visit. This was in March. And to this day (August is already ending) no one has called. I called several times myself and each time I received the answer that they would call us back soon.

We’ve been seeing Dr. Graham for our child’s care for the past 8 years , and we couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. Dr. Graham is not only incredibly knowledgeable but also shows genuine compassion and care for our child’s well-being. Each visit is thorough, and we always leave with a clear understanding of our child’s health, growth, and any next steps we need to take. Dr. Graham takes the time to answer all our questions, making us feel heard and supported. The office staff is also very friendly, and we rarely experience long wait times. We highly recommend Dr. Graham and to any parent looking for a caring and professional pediatrician. Our child loves the visits, which speaks volumes about Dr. Graham ’s gentle approach.
