My experience with Dr. Bazirgan and his team has been truly outstanding. The office is modern, spotless, and designed with patient comfort in mind. Adriana, the office manager, goes above and beyond to make sure everything runs smoothly — from scheduling to answering financial questions, she’s always very kind and helpful. Dr. Bazirgan is not only highly skilled but also incredibly compassionate, taking the time to explain every step of the treatment process. The assistants are just as impressive — friendly, gentle, and attentive during every visit. The combination of professionalism, genuine care, and affordability really sets this practice apart. This place is dishonest and engages in fraudulent billing. I would give zero stars if I could. I scheduled a free Invisalign consultation at Bright Dental in Morton Grove (Dr. Kassim) after confirming several times — both before and after the appointment — that it was completely free. I also made it very clear that my insurance does NOT cover orthodontic treatment, so there was absolutely no reason to involve my insurance. When I arrived, the office had a slight odor — nothing overwhelming, but definitely off-putting. Honestly, I should have taken that as a red flag. During the appointment, I was told I needed another dental procedure (which I already knew from my primary dentist).
