Studio City Urgent Care & Medical Center

I feel the need to leave a review because of how grateful I am for the efficiency and customer service I received here yesterday. I called the urgent care prior to coming in to see if they can treat a finger laceration. I was in and out of there within the hour. Everyone- the NP, the MA, the woman at the front desk- were all so sweet and professional. I was worried I was gna have to wait all day but they treated me so quickly. Thank you all ! :) I appreciate you

Came before the appointment time and no one was in the waiting room, we still had to wait 30 minutes before they call us in but the doctor is great.

I never would have thought I’d be in such good hands at an urgent care, but this staff is diligent and friendly, while Dr. Cho is compassionate and so knowledgeable

This place is the worst. Heidi is so snappy and aggressive. I waited half an hour and had to walk out without being seen. The beauty of American healthcare is that we get to choose, so please please please go somewhere else.

Dr. Cho is a gifted well experienced practitioner. Highly recommend.
