Wow! - I was pleasantly surprised during my first visit. The staff, Rosie and Martha were very efficient and caring. The office was sparkling clean and modern, and Dr. Gal was extremely caring, gave me a great cleaning and answered all of my questions. I highly recommend her Van Nuys office.

Dr. Gal is the best! She informs you on the best plan of action and keeps you educated. Very professional and friendly front desk. Beautiful offices and great parking as well. Highly recommend!

My wife and I have been coming here for years, and we absolutely love Dr.Gal and the entire crew. Their work is so thorough and always well done. They all strive to maximize your comfort and minimize pain and anxiety. The staff "bedside" manner is perfect and always makes for a peaceful and relaxed experience. Also, they are always effficiently prompt with the procedures, but also without sacrificing quality. I got a cleaning, polishing, and a crown today in under 90 minutes. Efficient and hospitable. The worst service I have ever got. They really don’t care about the patients just want money and when I say money I mean cash from The patients. I come over there for check up as one of my filling broke, I was Waiting for a month for pre approval from the insurance for the crown, but then realized that they submit wrong information, i even got mail from The insurance that the information they submitted is wrong. I called and asked them to take care of it, as I am In pain, but nothing has changed, called again after few days and the doctor said that they was busy they couldn’t do it they were to busy during these days, I was surprised with that answer and after 2 min call with Maytal she hang up the phone on me, a day later I got email say that the doctor is sick and I should find another

10 Stars — incredibly pleasant experience from start to finish! Went in for a new patient X-ray and Cleaning and couldn’t be happier! Doc and staff are super attentive, detailed and communicative. Office was clean, bright and comfortable with easy parking. Positive vibes! I will definitely be back!
