Aloro Pet Hospital

This new staff/owner is great. My Buddy has been coming to Aloro vet clinic since 2013, months after rescuing him from a kill shelter at about 3-4 yrs. old. I have seen this clinic go through a few different owners/staff after the original owner/vet passed away a few years ago. The new owner/manager of this clinic seems to be highly in control/organized and very friendly. There are 2 young vets my dog saw in Sept and Oct. this year. The energy now with this new staff feels more relaxing as opposed to chaotic and noisy. Last month, Oct. 20th, I had no choice left but to bring my Buddy in for his final visit of being put down in my arms while I rocked him and sang to him the song I always did - "You are so beautiful". Been taking my dogs to Aloro Pet Hospital for many years because their Vets and office staff are great. As with any business, staff and vets change. My current Vet is Dr. Khouban, fortunately she is excellent!! I've been working with her for a few years now and I'm extremely impressed by her skills (condition assessment, treatment plan, prescription meds & follow up). She has a welcoming, warm and comforting personality everytime you visit. No matter the pet issue, you can always count on Dr. Khouban to give you sound advice and feel confident that your pet will be ok. That means the world to me! I highly recommend Dr. Khouban not only for her excellent skills but her wonderful warm and loving personality towards pets and pet owners.

had a great experience at Aloro Pet Hospital. Dr. Chen was absolutely lovely with my kitten. She handled her gently, made the visit feel stressfree, and clearly cares about her patients. The staff were friendly and efficient, and the clinic felt clean and welcoming. I left feeling confident that my kitten was in excellent hands. Highly recommend Dr. Chen and Aloro Pet Hospital for anyone looking for compassionate, professional care for their pets.

This morning I called regarding my cat. They told me to come there in 20 mins and took care of me right away when I got there. Very friendly and did not try to upsell me on test and vaccines like ALL of the other vets I’ve been to in the past. Gave a new customer discount and treated my cat within an hour. My cat hates me now but the vet was a Great experience!

I want to love this place as I’ve been going here for over a year and I like Dr. Chen, but the front desk staff single-handily make it an unwelcoming experience. The last time I was there the two women at the front desk had a small conversation in front of me, arguing about who should help me. “Okay you handle it–“ “What? Why me? Ugh fine,” and then finally turned to acknowledge me, saying hello in a fake cheerful voice. I was literally standing right in front of them and said, “You know I can hear you, right?” It was so odd and very poor customer care. Their staff need serious training.
