They must have hired new personnel since the other reviews! I have seen 2 of the 3 on-staff doctors and have had nothing but positive experiences. They both took their time to explain things to me and were very open to questions.

Both the nurse and doctor were very efficient and took my issues into consideration and prescribed me medication that fixed my issues in a few days. Only thing to complain about was that I did feel rushed even though I had to wait a long time to see the doctor.

The nurse who took my vitals was kind and listened well, however the doctor who actually saw me was extremely dismissive and failed to even examine me. She was in the room all of 3 minutes and without even properly examining me, told me I had only a cold, and sent me on my way with decongestant. Knowing that what I had was worse than only a cold, I visited a local urgent care where I discovered that, like I expressed to the doctor at LaGrasso in the first place, I had a severe sinus infection. All the doctor at the urgent care I visited had to do was look in my left ear to discover that this was not only a cold. I have quite literally never trusted a medical professional less than when the doctor came to look at my potentially infected finger and started squeezing it with her bare hands without, to my knowledge, using hand sanitizer or washing them. At my physician’s office and at every other doctor’s office I have been to, doctors wash their hands AND put on gloves. I would think this would be especially pertinent given the fact that she could have squeezed pus out of my hand. However, I’m just a lowly music education major, what do I know, it might be the new thing to do in medicine!

Covid positive test, fever, aggressive cough, and still got shook down about whether I was faking symptoms to get out of class. Director is on a high horse for some reason even though they work at a college health center.
