Whenever I go to 716 Eyecare, it is a wonderful experience. Everyone is helpful. Dr. Swanson is very caring and knowledgeable. I really appreciate that she works with insurance and me to get the care I need for the least cost. Denise is very helpful in picking out glasses. I never know what to get or what looks good and I am always pleased with the result.

Best eye care office! Dr. Natalie is knowledgeable, thorough, pro- active, and very easy to understand her explanations of things. She has state- of- the- art equipment too. Even better... she's personable and relatable. The whole package! Her team is also great! 5 stars for all!

I would highly recommend Dr. Swanson. I appreciate her expertise in dealing with my dry eye disease. She tried a number of treatments and medications until she found what was best for me. The office staff is amazing. The Fredonia area is lucky to have her.

Wonderful staff, from receptionist to the Optometrist. I felt the level of care was top level but the staff and Doctor were very down to earth and easy to talk to. It is a lovely office also. Worth the wait to get an appointment!
