This dentist may be very good but he isn’t as nice as i thought . I have a bad tooth abscess and he was open till 8pm it’s now 6:57. I understand that it is very last minute but urgent cares and hospitals won’t do much but give me antibiotics and motrin that i’ve already been taking since wednesday of last week and the abscess hasn’t gone anywhere so out of my last hope i contacted Dr.Alexander who at first i thought would have helped me since he told me to come in but then at the last second was about to charge me 150$ upon arrival despite me HAVING DENTAL INSURANCE and he claimed he would submit to my insurance and they would reimburse me which isnt out of the ordinary but didn’t make sense and his response to me is verbatim “ I don’t know you from a hole in the wall “ so i’m guessing he

Dr Alexander is top class. Like many others, I have been to multiple dentists before, but feel Dr Alexander and his staff take real interest in patient care and what works best for patient. He has recommended wait and watch, and preventative care instead of opting for procedures. His staff is knowledgeable, very thorough and professional. Couldn't ask for more.

I have been going to Dr. Alexander's office for years and it is by far the best dental office I have been to. From the moment I walked into the door I was treated like family and it still feels that way when I'm there. I trust Dr. A the same way I trust my family too; I know he will never recommend something that I don't need or isn't in my own best interests. He examines your teeth and then takes the time to explain to you everything he sees. If there is a problem, he won't just tell you what you need to do. He will explain what the problem is and what your options are. He will even go through the pros and cons of different options, including cost.
