I just called this Hospital for my granddog and when I say, the person who answered the phone was so inconsiderate. She had no empathy at all for my grand boy. She stated she didn't have any appointments until Wednesday. I told her the severity of his situation. She said the initial visit was 64.00.. RIGHT THERE I HAD HOPE! BUT She was being so uncaring to the point I hung up and said never mind. The dog is dehydrated. He's never in 5 years been sick like this. She didn't care about the urgency all she could say was they were short of staff and that one doctor isn't in. Like to be honest, I was so darn mad when my daughter purchased this dog with her financial aid check. She snuck the dog on campus and even got kicked out of college for the dog. The staff was thorough with myself and Bella, from check in to check out. They heard my concerns, gave me information and spoke to me about a treatment process and made sure I understand the followup.

The staff was friendly. I love that they have urgent care. My puppy needed his shots and was taken same day. Also shaved down his nails for me as a complimentary service. They just gained a returning customer!

We were traveling through the area and our pet was having issues during our trip. We walked in on New Year’s Eve day and they moved their schedule around to accommodate us. All the staff were really friendly and helpful. We were very fortunate to have found such a nice veterinarian office near our hotel.
