Always a very positive experience. I’ve been a patient here for decades, and I always walk away feeling heard and well cared for during my exams. The care is highly professional yet still warm and down-to-earth. Once, I needed after-hours treatment for a scratched cornea, and Dr. Strohecker met me at the office to provide emergency care. He was kind, compassionate, and quickly helped me get relief and start healing. I was so relieved it wasn’t anything more serious. The front-desk staff is top-notch—friendly, attentive, and incredibly helpful when it comes to choosing glasses that help me look my best. I highly recommend this office.

They gave me coca from the back when there was none in the lobby, great customer service, the staff 10/10, love this place, the snickers bribe to get me to review them, great choice, I don't even like snickers, BUT it is the thought that counts :]

I had a great experience here. Everyone was professional and Dr Strohecker was awesome. But the real MVP there is Brenda. I was getting my first pair of glasses ever, was overwhelmed, eyes dilated. I told her I didn't like any of them on myself. She immediately got up and grabbed 2 pairs that I loved. She helped me try on a bunch and gave me honest opinion of them. Brenda was patient and kind and understanding. And helped to avoid my (adult) meltdown. Thank you to Dr Strohecker and the entire staff!

I went to Strohecher Vision Care after getting an eye exam and a prescription for new eyeglasses at another provider in Wellsboro. The estimate that I got from Strohecher was a little under 50% of the estimate from the other provider. Granted, I was "out of network" for the other provider, but needless to say I got my new glasses from Strohecher. They have a very nice office and capable, professional technicians that made it well worth the additional driving distance. Well done!

It's been a while since I've been here. And I looked up something, I will have to do something I am scared of, yes, going to the optometrist. It's been 5 years. In order to get a pair of glasses online now, I need a newer prescription than my 2021 prescription. They were good back then but there's certain tests I didn't like.
