I found Allison because she is part of the Gait Happens (Instagram) team of physical therapists that specialize in feet and gait. I travel over 100 miles each way to see Allison and have greatly benefited from my appointments with her. She is an excellent listener and diagnostician and has carefully put together a program to improve my feet and stride. I am really impressed with her knowledge and ability to communicate and how much she cares about her patients. While working on my feet, she identified some other things I need to work on around my ribcage. My first appointment was only two months ago and I am already seeing significant improvements. I highly recommend her.

I had such a great experience working with Allison. She is an extremely professional, knowledgeable, and compassionate healthcare provider. I was trying to get back to running after having kids and dealing with some pelvic floor issues, as well as some knee and even (unrelated) rib pain. Allison helped me through each step of my recovery journey, adapting our sessions and physical therapy for wherever I was at and ultimately helping me achieve my goal. I'm feeling so good to be back running now, and I'm so grateful to Allison for helping me get here. I cannot recommend her highly enough - 5 stars on all fronts, personal and professional. Allison is extremely professional, intelligent and personable. I began seeing her during my second pregnancy and have not stopped since (over 15 months post partum). She is a wealth of knowledge and helped me with multiple issues from pregnancy related back pain to pelvic floor PT post partum to shoulder pain from breastfeeding and even return to running help! As I personal trainer, I've worked with a lot of Physical Therapists. Allison is one of the great ones I highly recommend to clients, and have also seen myself for back pain. She's friendly, smart, and wants to help you get to the root of the issue as quickly as possible. She even followed up to see how I was doing after our initial session.
