I wish I could leave a zero. After booking on line for a free intro stretch and assessment, I went to the business, on a horribly wet and windy day, on my only day off this week, and even tho I was sent at least 3 confirmation texts, when I checked in and asked how old I was, I was told they DIDN'T SEE MEDICARE AGE PATIENTS! I said, excuse me? I'm 68 years old, have been paying out of pocket for chiropractic and most health care for over 45 years, but you can't do a free stretch for me? I was flabergasted! I'm sticking with chiropractor Dr. Dhuse in Yorkville where I will continue paying cash for skilled, kind, respectful care. This was disrespectful, rude, and discriminating treatment.

Julianna at the front desk is incredibly sweet, friendly, and always accommodating—she truly sets the tone for a great experience. Dr. Kelly, the chiropractor, is fantastic. She listens carefully to what’s bothering you and always tailors her adjustments to your specific needs—her treatments always hit the spot! I can’t say enough great things about Max, the stretch therapist. He’s absolutely amazing. His technique is thorough, and I always leave feeling looser, more mobile, and pain-free. He works out all the knots and has made a huge difference in how I feel during and after my workouts. Stretch Club is a gem. The staff truly care, and it shows in everything they do. Highly recommend!

I can't say enough great things about my experience at Stretch Club in Oswego! Julianna at the front desk is always so welcoming and friendly - she makes scheduling easy and always willing to accommodate my hectic schedule. Kaitlyn, Max and Cooper do a fabulous job with my stretching sessions. They are improving my flexibility tremendously. Dr. Lally is an outstanding chiropractor, she has taken the time to understand my needs and find a solution for my pain. The whole team is professional, caring and truly invested in their clients' well being. Highly recommend!!!!!

From the staff to the services… I cannot say enough amazing things. Everyone is kind, caring, knowledgeable and a lot of fun. With only 6 sessions under our belts, we both fee so much better and can see a difference in our flexibility. We actually look forward to going because we feel so amazing when we complete the stretching, exercising and adjustment circuit. We highly recommend the Stretch Club of Oswego to anyone who wants to improve their overall general health and/or who want/ to alleviate pain or discomfort. Wonderful staff all around! They really take the time to listen to what is going on with your body and find ways to improve any issues you are dealing with. It has helped me so much with my hip and back issues! They make me feel like a VIP every time I go!
