I made an appointment online for my 3 year old that was complaining of ear pain. Unfortunately he put up quite the fight about actually being seen despite the reported pain. The staff worked with him exceptionally well despite this! We were put into an exam room quickly. The nurse (I believe, I’m not sure of her title) was extremely patient in obtaining vitals, and even brought him a water bottle. Eventually my 3 year old called down and when the PA came in he was actually willing to work with her. She shared gloves with him, played a little magic trick, chatted with him, and even followed his direction when he wanted to ‘show’ her stuff around the office, which made him comfortable! I highly recommend here, Sherry and Eva were fantastic, they really cared, listened and helped my sick kid. The wait time was nothing, I came in with my sick kid and was seen right away, if you have kids you know how priceless that is. The facility was clean, everyone was genuine and sincere. I am grateful for the care that was provided to my kid and that really means alot to me

The provider spoke directly to my ten year old and verified with me when necessary. She was kind and gentle during the exam and explained everything so he knew what to expect. The staff was obviously busy, but the wait wasn't long and the online registration process was super easy. Definitely going back when needed.

I took my daughter to Physicians Immediate Care in Oswego, IL, to treat an infection. The doctor examined her, told us they were going to run some tests, and then prescribed antibiotics. At no point were we informed that additional testing would be sent out to a third-party lab, or that those tests would come with an enormous price tag. Weeks later, I was hit with a bill in excess of $1,000. While my insurance covered part of it, I was still left owing more than $600 out of pocket. Finally, under new management, the staff is kind and professional. I have visited this clinic several times in the past, and unfortunately each experience seemed worse than the one before. At first, I thought maybe someone was just having a bad day, but after the third visit it felt more like a pattern of unprofessional behavior — the staff came across as cold and rude, with little warmth or friendliness. However, my most recent visit, after the new company/management took over, was a completely different experience. The front desk team was welcoming, and the nurse who assisted me was both kind and very efficient. It was refreshing to see such a positive change.
