WOW!! What can I say, Dr. Woods is the best ! I absolutely feel like family when I go in and the customer service and the professionalism is off the charts! He really breaks down everything he is doing and shows genuine care!! I wouldn’t think of anyone better to get aligned!! And make sure you see the message therapist! Awesome job she did! I wish I could think of her name but I can’t ! I visited the Irving location!!

I schedule an appointment the day before my birthday. First I had to call several times because no one was answering the phone. And when I asked the lady about it she said the phone hasn't rung. Why on earth would I lie about calling. Still I wanted to give them a chance. Second on the day of my appointment I called all day and again no one answered. Left 2 voicemails and never received a call back. I still went to the appointment and arrived 45 minutes early in which the office was closed. Asked security of the building if they were returning he said they have been gone all day. Explains why my calls went unanswered and I was never seen. Still haven't received a call to reschedule. Very unprofessional and I dont recommend this business to no one.

After skilled treatment, the knowledge Dr. Bruce gives of how to prevent injury after treatment is key here. Also the customer service is excellent. You dont feel like a number here.
