I was in a horrible situation where I went for a regular dental cleaning (at another clinic) and the hygienist accidentally broke my lingual metal permanent retainer and for 5 days I was literally stuck with the wire hitting my mouth every time I eat anything or talk. Every orthodontist I called was closed or couldn't help because of the holidays. Then I came across Dr. Alex Vo's office and I called, they got me in literally 45 minutes later fixed the problem and made me 2 new retainers that I picked up 2 hours the same day later...imagine!!!!??
