I give this place 5 stars! This place is clean and the colors give such good vibes. In general people are very nice. I love Dr. K, such a great orthodontist. My children were a little nervous in the beginning but the way his assistant managed was amazing. Rita was very patient with them. Both of them get happy with her energy, the way she greets them and how she cares. Love her! Thank you. P.S. parking lot is good too

great orthodontist, i’ve been coming here for 2+ years and i’ve never had a problem. i definitely recommend coming here, i live about an hour away but i choose to come here either way since it’s such a good establishment

I am not someone who typically writes reviews—positive or negative—but I feel compelled to share my experience due to the level of poor communication and lack of accountability I encountered at Straight Set Dental. I initially began my Invisalign treatment at the Hewlett location, and the experience was extremely disappointing. After making a significant down payment, I repeatedly called to ask when my aligners would arrive so I could begin treatment. Each time, I was told the delay was due to mailing issues and that it was out of their control. After weeks of getting no clear answers, I requested to speak with a manager. Office was pretty clean, well organized and kids friendly. All staff including doctors are welcoming. Explained brace procedure well to my daughter. Parking lot at the back.
