Dr. Lucy is doing the impossible. This is my second go round with orthodontia. But it is far more pleasant than the first. My teeth had pulled apart leaving large gaps between my upper and lower molars. It took me forever to chew. Now I have a smile that is getting better every day, and all but the last two molars have come back into line. Looking forward to reaching the finish line, another 8 months to go.

Unfortunately, I had a negative experience with this office. My child had an X-ray taken here, but when another specialist urgently needed it, the office lost the image and first sent the wrong one. Then I was told that the correct X-ray “never existed,” even though I had the exact date and video proof of the procedure. Instead of helping, the receptionist was dismissive, interrupted me multiple times, and even reproached me for calling “too often” — despite the fact that their office had lost my child’s medical record. Only after I came in person and showed proof did they finally admit the X-ray was done. Dr. Lucey is knowledgeable, professional and a very kind orthodontist. She is very precise in her orthodontic plan and explains and reviews what needs to done with your orthodontic treatment. Dr. Lucey is always attentive, hands on, and ensures that you are on the same page regarding treatment. She will also ask for your input regarding the process and outcome of your teeth so it feels more like a collaboration. She goes out of her way to assist and address any concerns or questions you may have. No matter how busy the office, Dr. Lucey will give you her undivided attention. Dr. Lucey’s staff is incredibly helpful and friendly, their actions are consistent in their great customer service. The office is bright, clean, and state of the art. As an adult needing some corrections, I was hesitant to do orthodontic work at an older age. I met with the office staff and Dr. Lucey and expressed my concerns, the main concern was was a big space that would often be seen by others as a missing tooth. Dr. Lucey did a thorough evaluation and came up with a plan and set expectations for results. Throughout the entire process she always was concerned as how I perceived the progress and to make sure I was content with the outcome. I recommend Dr. Lucey and her staff.

Dr. Lucey is the kindest! It’s easy to tell the ortho assistants are all friends because, along with Dr. Lucey, they're always happy. Nicole up at the front desk is friendly and understanding. Because of them, going in for my adjustment appointments is never a hassle. I enjoy my appts there. I'm a handful of months into my Invisalign treatment and I can see a big improvement in my teeth already.
