Up until today, I had not had any positive experiences with dentists. Today, was the game changer with Dr. Dow and his staff. Considerate, understanding, (even with some of my repeatative questions) are just a few examples of his kindness. I would recommend Dr. Dow and his staff, without any hesitation.

I am very satisfied with our experience at this dentist’s office. The entire staff is warm, patient, and incredibly good with kids. They made my children feel comfortable and calm throughout their dental work, and everything was explained clearly. The quality of care was excellent, and you can tell they truly care about their patients. Highly recommend this office for families looking for gentle, professional, and reliable dental care!

Personal bias doesn’t belong in a professional healthcare setting. Update-you can’t take back words that have already been said, or actions that have already been done. A doctor should know better than to treat any individual with such implicit biases. You may be able to make him aware of these unconscious stereotyping and judgemental actions, but you can’t change a person’s morale values. It’s amazing what some people can keep hidden, but eventually, they will be exposed.

I walked in , had a broken tooth. Have had some painful health issues and that was to much. The dentist go me in in 2 days. They were all wonderful. Appeared to care and took good care of me. I definitely would recommend them. 4 stars only for a personal reason. After tooth pull,stitches, later looked and took a picture. I had some extremely concerning question about communication. But reason unsure. Very kind and polite. Made me feel very comfortable. And I've always hated the dentist in general. I would go back no question. Ii believe kids would do well in there investment.

I had my new patient exam at Stoughton Family Dental today and they were great! I was able to easily schedule the appointment for the date and time I wanted and the receptionists were so friendly. I was able to submit all of my paperwork online ahead of time, which made my appointment easier. The waiting room was clean and I didn’t even have to wait long. Both the dentist and the hygienist were very kind and no one tried to sell me anything. They were very professional. Oh, and how could I forget the cute pet videos that play on the tvs?! So adorable and honestly helped relax me throughout my appointment. I will definitely be going back again. Highly recommend! 🦷🪥
