Caring, Kind, good listening to your needs! All the staff work as team and they have days when visibly they are busy yet they serve with patience and never allow it to interfere with treating the customers well! Heaven Sent Staff👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾🙏🏾

Hi, I just got off the phone a staff member. Who was very rude seems like this happens often. What a terrible shame I do understand the public can be a challenge at times. There's no need to be rude to everyone no one knows what an individual is going through/had gone through at the end of the day we are all human. It cost nothing to be kind to one another.... What ashame the satanic behaviors that has come upon the earth to attack human beings minds.... I am so upset 😡 at this pharmacy it never us to be like this!!!!!!

DO NOT BOTHER. Horrible pharmacy. I understand working with the public is stressful, but S&S bit off way more then it can chew in west haven,CT. Horrible customer service- no one can take a minute to listen to my issue, and I’m always met with cold hostility. ESPECIALLY over the phone. Your responded to like you’re some kind of child, or drug seeker, and I legitimately am made to feel “wrong” if I ask a question over the phone about a controlled med I may have, or if there was a mistake(Which happens often as well) Also, I don’t understand how the night before they’re “working on my medications” but because insurance wouldn’t pay until the next morning, I called this AM, now this “medication” they were working on-won’t be ready until after 2pm? They started working on it the day before..Bu

So the only reason I'm giving five stars is for the manager or assistant manager Teresa!!! The new changes I think makes no sense it's going to make it harder for disabled people it's definitely going to make it harder for older people which is going to make people more rude to the people that work there and are there to help them but if it wasn't for Teresa today I would have had to walk away from putting almost $200 into the hands of stop & shop this woman stopped to help me when she didn't have to there's so much going on in there thank God for her I had to do this review now before I forgot her name because I'm going through a lot I barely can remember my own name. But without Teresa I would have went home crying feeling as broken as my body is and I really appreciate her and I hope st
