Stop & Shop Pharmacy

Sorry to bring this up but the men’s room is a pig sty. I’ve waited to see any improvement but after 5 visits over 3 months no improvement How can I accept the rest of the store - which also not impressive No posting of schedule cleaning

Place is great. I must take time to mention the Pharmacy section. They are terrific. Paul & Nick have always treated myself & my family, like family. They tended to my parents as if they were thier parents. I will NEVER forget that. Thanks you. Fyi: Nick has left recently & I wish him nothing but the best of luck.

New prescriptions transferred over due to Shoprite pharmacy closing down which had great polite service. Called to ask if my scripts were ready. I get noooooo i need your insurance card. Which i get, next is "they aren't ready just bring in your card" So why did you make me get my insurance card? This service I'm not impressed with and I didn't set one foot in store. Plus you hung up on me before I could finish my sentence.

The pharmacy is terrible.. picking up your medicine take 30 minutes to 1 the pharmacy employees knew there's a long line and they're not helping each other so the customer can pick up their medicine faster. It seems like they doing this in purpose..

Prices are higher than other stores. The store is poorly stocked, they are very frequently out of stock of many items. Majority of the staff is not helpful or friendly. The deli department is the worst. There is always a long line with 1 maybe 2 people working are very slow. Forget placing an order via the app, they seem to just outright ignore those orders and never fill them. I've spoken with customer service and the deli department manager regarding this and they just don't care. The only reason I'm giving it 3 stars is because Stop and Shop is the only store I can find many things I need because of food allergies.
