Stop & Shop Pharmacy

Very poor attitude. Friday Nov. 10…Whomever was serving the public for flu shots was continually ranting regarding too many people waiting for flu shots. I called the day before and was told walk ins were welcomed. She said I can’t take anymore today. This was at 11:30 AM! I had no problem waiting, she repeated “no more today!” There were three employees behind the counter trying to deal with her and customer care, attempting their best to be helpful.

TOP NOTCH ALL THE WAY COULDN'T ASK FOR ANYTHING MORE THANK YOU STOP & SHOP PHARMACY I had just come from urgent care. I had 2 reasons to limit my time in the store. #1 The doctor had just told me I had was contagious. #2 I didn't feel well enough to stand and wait for prescriptions to be filled. I called the pharmacy from the parking lot and she readily agreed to call me when the scripts were filled and limit my time in the store. I also needed some Tylenol per the Dr. But I could only find Tylenol PM. I asked for her help and she quickly retrieved two choices giving me the option of the caplets which are easier for me to swallow. She had me in and out in no time, protecting other customers, and reducing the time I had to stand.

First I’d like to comment on the other person. The pharmacy is not a place to bring your groceries, use the grocery line. A+++ to the pharmacy team. They are the kindest staff and reall take the time to explain directions on new meds. I’m so glad I made the switch.

While my mom and I are both loyal customers of S&S for our regular groceries, we just used the pharmacy for the first time recently and just cannot say enough fabulous things about the entire experience! Unfortunately, my mom suffers from extremely severe asthma and literally relies on a handful of daily prescription medications just to be able to breathe. Even with health insurance, the costs of these medications are OUTRAGEOUSLY expensive. As a retired widow, she no longer has any health benefits provided through a spouse or employer, and therefore is responsible for 100% of her monthly premium payments out of pocket. Living on a fixed income, there have been many times that my mom has had to do things such as: get a partial script and take a lower dose than recommended to try and stretc

Employees are nice and helpful. If you can't find something in the medicine/self care aisle they are willing to help you.
