Stop & Shop Pharmacy

I’ve never had a better experience at any other pharmacy than I have at this one, and that is 100% because of the pharmacy manager, David. I usually use walmart, cvs, and walgreens pharmacies and I always encounter some type of problem. Long wait times, no communication or solutions about out of stock prescriptions, saying my prescription is ready when it absolutely is not, my prescription being filled days late, etc.. Finally, I asked my doctor to switch to this pharmacy, and she sent in a prescription extremely late, about an hour before closing time. Mind you also, I’m a new customer with no information on file here. I called to ask if it was in any way possible that it was going to be filled today, and David actually made it happen. I can't even remember how many years I've been going to this pharmacy but Dave is the best by far I've ever known. He GENUINELY cares for his customers. He knows everyone by name and he's what I call "old school", he is wonderful, kind and professional at all times! I've referred so many people to him. I always hear about everyone struggling at other places and I always say that I never experience that kind of disappointment anymore. Thank you to Dave for always being there for me to answer questions and concerns and to the staff that clearly know how to run this pharmacy with kindness and efficiency. Top notch care! I can't say enough good things about this pharmacy. Mostly because of the head pharmacist. Stop and Shop pharmacy is already miles ahead of Walgreens and especially CVS. Any stop and shop pharmacy. But I will NEVER go anywhere else than Rocky Hill because the head pharmacist is phenomenal. Unfortunately idk the gentleman's name, but he provides some of the best customer service I have ever seen. He truly cares about the people who come there and truly goes above and beyond for them. Not covered by insurance? He will find a discount for you without even having to ask. I finally convince my wife to switch from CVS whom she always has issues with and she was absolutely blown away by the difference. I will have to find out his name when I pick up my script tomorrow so we can get him a gift car

Great customer service, and Dave the pharmacist is friendly and professional. No long waiting ever! Compared to CVS, it's like night and day! Coming here from now on!

I bought lamb here. It looked great. When I got cooking the meat it was foul. I returned the empty package & the manager replaced the lamb with fresh meat.
