Love the manager she is an amazing and super kind people person, the type of manager that truly sets the standard!

Northampton Stop & Shop Pharmacy employees have been taking care of my family for decades. They have seen us through all our grown children’s childhood sicknesses; cancer - twice; many common illnesses & some, not so common. We never had anything but excellent care & service, their opinions on when & how to take certain prescriptions are invaluable. We are grateful for their expertise and support. It's a busy pharmacy serving a large area, yet they know me by name.

After waiting at urgent care for nearly 2 hours with my sick 6 year old daughter. We then went to our normal pharmacy which was out of the amoxasilan. I then had to call the Dr Back. They then found it availible at cvs but told me it would be about 10 min to place the order. This whole time I decided to take her to get a happy meal and then wait for her to eat while we waited In the Parking lot. About 30 min. Then we went in and some young tech assured me they did not have the order when I know the Dr placed it. The pharmacist found it in the computer. They then said have a seat it would be about 15 min. Here is where the problem takes place. After 30 min of waiting they call me up to pay for the medication. This time a different kid at the register. Who was smug and condescendi

I have used different pharmacies in the past until I found my friends at my favorite local grocery store. What started as a convenient one time prescription fill has turned into over ten years of trust and confidence in a team of hard working and dedicated pharmacists, technicians and staff with the same goal of making the customer feel important and knowledgeable.
