I highly recommend the 12-step structural integration series with Rachel.  After each session I felt more limber, connected to my physical well being and mentally elevated. Rachel has also given me great relief with with specific injuries and issues around osteoarthritis and back pain. Rachel, caring and thorough, is an amazing healing professional!

After two spine fusions for pain and weakness related to degenerative disc disease, I developed a curve in my spine. My surgeon recommended "medical massage" as neither he nor I wanted further surgery. After an initial extremely thorough evaluation, Rachel explained Structural Integration, a 12 session process involving deep tissue work to stretch and release tight fascia and rebalance and strengthen the overstretched tissues. That's my simplified version, but what it did for me was allow me to recenter my body, regain the balance of my movement and reduce the curve substantially. My back pain is much reduced as well. Structural Integration is not "massage" as you may know it. It is body-changing work by a talented practitioner. I definitely recommend Rachel for your body's needs.

I am still experiencing good posture from the 12 series performed at Nobodyworks. My hip alignment has been off for 30+ years affecting my spine and knees. The correction continues although I had the series many months ago. Carol Varsano

In my humble though somewhat informed opinion, Rachel is an exceptional body worker. I have been receiving professional massage/NMT/CST/ bodywork for 35 years and I count her in my top 5.
