Stop & Shop Pharmacy

I needed 3 pills while on vacation and was told it would take 4 hours. I told them my medication was time sensitive and the technician on the phone didn't care. The lack of motivation to assist patients is almost impressive.

Absolutely horrible. The customer service has gone down hill tremendously within the last year. I always place my refills for my medicine DAYS in advance from when I need it. my refills have never been ready on time even after the fact, and when I call to check if my prescriptions are ready the day of the confirmation text, I have been consistently told that they don’t know when they’ll get my items in stock. and when I call to ask in regards to it as they tell me to do, hours later, I consistently get an attitude with the same answer, OR miraculously, my items have been available for pick up after the fact of my morning call that same day, with no follow up text or call to myself to let me know. I have given them the benefit of the doubt for a while now given they are my neighborhood ph

Worst Pharmacy ever. Been there several times and I always try to give the benefit of the doubt because I have seen nice people attending at prescription pickup. That being said your prescription is never ready on time. Have had rude pharmacist that seem to be wayyy overworked and everyone is blaming everyone else. Recommend anywhere else, unless u like wasting ur time and not having your meds on time

After I was waiting in the ice cold store for 45 minutes, I was finally told that they where having issues with the way my last name is spelled in their system and that it did not match the spelling on my card...that they are waiting for IT to call them back to figure it out. I was told that they will call me to let me know when my meds are ready. Two days later I call to inquire about the status of the situation and she asked me if I called my insurance company!! The agreement was for her to call me. I have gotten prescriptions before with my insurance and had never a issue. I did call my Insurance company however to see if there was a issue and there is none.

This is the worst pharmacy and grocery store I’ve ever been into. Terrible customer service. Avoid at all cost.
