I had the misfortune of using this pharmacy for my mother in laws prescription for a second time. This will be the last time we use this pharmacy. The employees in this pharmacy have a nasty attitude and make assumptions without listening to the customer. I suggest that they learn to actively listen to the customer. Attitude is definitely not a part of customer service. As a Public Administrator I’m embarrassed to have dealt with this establishments pharmacy. I will use a regular pharmacy such as Walgreens or CVS.
What happened, they finally got rid of that arrogant bullying pharmacist, It's about time. Management should have listened to their employees about Ms. Simmons treatment toward co-workers.
I have been using this pharmacy for over 20 years caring, kind and very professional.
