Stop & Shop Pharmacy

I had a great experience with the Stop & Shop bakery department, thanks to Tasha. From day one, her phone interaction was extremely pleasant, and meeting her in person was just as wonderful. She truly went above and beyond to make my experience a positive one. When I had to push back my cupcake order because my son got sick and couldn’t celebrate, Tasha was completely understanding and allowed me to reschedule my pickup for a later date without any complaints. She was always warm, welcoming, and accommodating, which meant so much during a stressful time. Excellent customer service like hers really makes a difference. Thank you, Tasha!

This pharmacy seems to be stuck in the Stone Age. If your prescriptions and health are important to you, DO NOT use this pharmacy. Having recently moved to the area I decided to have my doctor send the prescriptions to this pharmacy. 2 days passed with no communication, I decided to call and find out what the hold up was, apparently they didn’t have my information. Which is hard to believe because the script transfer includes everything including a phone number. No call, no text update for another 3 days. The person on the phone was not pleasant at all, surely they can overhaul their technology system. Do not use this pharmacy!!
