I'm the celebrity chef I cook for Tyler Perry in Atlanta and I'm at the Resort Nursing I'm here getting treatment and everything is so beautiful and professional ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ the food director the menu is beautiful I recommend anybody to come here and feel at home they treat people the way they want their family to be treated here I see it I witnessed it and everything that's why I gave them five stars not because I like them because they professional eufaula the rules they work with you it's nothing you can't have they got the dentist on board medical doctor nurse the workers are beautiful professional can I give my heart out today

Don't leave your loved one here unless you can go daily for few hours to check up and care for them. My Uncle has been here since beginning of 2025. No change. No progress. Only change adult diapers 2x for the day from what we can see after coming here for hours at a time over 9 months. When I arrived today again he's just sitting discombobulated in the wheel chair and trying to rip out diaper because wet and uncomfortable. When family members ask about changing him they say don't have enough staff to change more frequently. When he poops during day not going to change him until take him back to room for the night around 8pm?! My aunt has been trapped in this place for three years, since the death of her mother. We have been trying to get her out into the community as she has not experienced the community since that tragic loss. They refuse to take her out for so much as a walk around the block. We have been working for nearly 6 months, since the summer time to get her out into the community again to no damn avail. Ashley and the other lady from the social security staff are completely incompetent, never present and disorganized. I am sorry I put my mother in this place..not enough staff…not enough changing diapers …the television is Roku..not elderly friendly ..she already has an ongoing rash ..it’s ridiculous..not enough physical therapy…complained to social worker and supposedly issues addressed..according to my mother..nope..not enough exercise and leave them sitting for hours in day room or downstairs to make it look like they getting the service.. Owners….dont tell me to call administration..I will call New York State and the police..it’s neglect and considered abuse ..I said no to injections… without discussing with me first..and I believe they did it anyway..there is only one nurse assigned on the floor..this is unacceptable…and too few cnas…this place needs to hire more people ..found her phone in nighta

My husband was here for 2 months. The nursing staff was very attentive. We also had excellent assistance from the administrative staff and social workers. They try to keep the day room upbeat and have a lot of activities.
