I honestly have never seen a hospital like Stonebridge. From the moment I walked in, I was impressed. The customer service was amazing and truly reminded me of how hospitals used to be — caring, attentive, and respectful. Not like many other hospitals today. I was there last week and was treated by Dr. Brittney L. Johnson, who was extremely kind, professional, and genuinely cared about helping me resolve my pain. She took the time to listen and made me feel comfortable and confident in my care. I also want to recognize the nurses — they were absolutely wonderful. One nurse in particular, John (I’m sorry I don’t remember his last name), went above and beyond. He checked on me every five minutes and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. Our first time here at the Outpatient surgery center. Staff is super friendly at check in. Pre-op room private and updated. Every staff member was super friendly and informative from beginning of the procedure thru post-op. One of the best experiences we have had compared to other hospitals in the DC area.

My care team was outstanding: Meagan, Kelly, Dega and especially Santishi! Thanks Santishi for your care, making me feel safe and doing OK! Of course, Dr. Reeves did an excellent surgery. Very efficient check-in and registration process. Everyone was very friendly and courteous. My escort added humor to my entry in order to make me more relaxed. I did not have to wait long for the tech. Truly a "5-star" experinece.

Best experience I have ever had at a hospital. Registration people excellent and friendly. Outpatient surgical experience was best ever. Dr Reeves and his PA Connor Maldonado were so personable and caring and Dr Reeves is the very best of the best ortho surgeons. Had to stay overnight and all the staff was warm and friendly and took such good care of me. Everyone treated me like I was important…what a great experience.
