Catherine Ellis

My initial experience here wasn’t the best but Dr. Ellis seemed to have better professionalism than her front office staff so I looked past the rude demeanor. Fast forward, I saw the new PA here virtually and it’s been downhill ever since. I requested a cal from Dr. Ellis over 2 weeks ago and she still hasn’t called. I follow up with the rudest staff one can possibly employ and every time they tell me “she’s got your message”. Don’t put your health in someone’s hands that can’t even bother to return a phone call or think twice about the unprofessional staff working for them.
