Stonehenge of Ogden

My sister was there for a hip replacement and passed away while under their care. Her nurse Dean was very cold and almost defensive with us when we asked questions about what happened. Not compassionate at all. On the other hand the other nurses and cleaning staff were all very sweet and helpful.

I just wanted to share we have my dad up there right now and please please watch your families silverware they have been handing my dad uncleaned forks and spoons all the food is still stuck on them. So I brought some from home for him to eat from. People have said this facility is a really good one but we have ran into so many more issues than just the silverware which the other issues we have talked to the guy that is in charge there about those issues. But I just wanted to point out the silverware so no one gets sick. My dad just died there just letting it be known please don't take your family members there if they are sick my dad was 84yrs old he had fallen there and started having seizures the staff was sitting at the nurses station talking about how they believed he was faking them

Definitely all 5 stars! I was a patient at Stonehedge for most of August this year. During that time, there were so many people that attended to me and gave me quality care. Including therapists, CNAs, nurses, and supporting staff.

I can not say enough about the awesome experience that I have had at this facility. It's such a warm, cozy and inviting atmosphere. I was given the best care and never felt like a burden when I needed specialized attention. The whole Stonehenge family from housekeeping to the Administrators were so friendly. The Physical Theropy Department is very acknowledgable and understanding. I would recommend this facility to anyone in need of rehab after their surgery. Very family oriented atmosphere. Our dad was recently at Stonehenge for rehab after having spine surgery. He received excellent care here. He loved the nursing staff and said they were amazing. He had other medical concerns that made therapy difficult but the physical and occupational therapists were great even though he was so stubborn with them. The food was great and he enjoyed the activities they provided. He especially loved Monique the activities director. Thank you all for taking such great care of our dad.
