While waiting for my mother to come out of the back looking like Swiss cheese (skin cancer removal), the receptionist with the pretty curly hair up front made sure my son and I were taken care of as the procedure took a little longer than normal. She gave my little guy some snacks and went out of her way to grab some ice from the back for some groceries I had bought (live out of state). Thank you for taking care of my mother! She had a wonderful experience.
