Stonecreek really cares about there patients and try our best to make them feel at home and loved . we have a awesome rehab. that really helps our patients get stronger and the nursing staff and nurse aides are kind and loving and take excellent care of our residents and our activity director she all ways has lots if fun things for our residents to do.

Poor quality but I'm sure it can be better with newer office staff and a few new aids. My granny with definitely not be staying here as planned. I heard an aid tell residents she was not giving them a shower because she didn't want to. The perineal care was definitely not the best the hall on the top right smelt like poop and tuna fish. The ladies in the DONs office were snooty. The administrator acted as if he didn't know anything because he's "just the administrator". So I would HIGHLY NOT RECOMMEND this facility to anyone. We placed my granny in Colonial Pines which turned out to be a wonderful choice, she gets all the care she needs.

Shout out to Stonecreek and Staff for all they do for their residents. I have seen first hand the care that is provided with compassion and understanding. Staff knowing the residents on a personal level, interacting with them as a family.

I came here from another facility after my daughter started here as the activity director. Really great place with friendly staff. Everyone is always friendly and treats us residents like family.
