I am submitting this letter as a formal complaint regarding the dental procedure performed on me on 10/24/2025. I am deeply concerned about the care I received during this visit and wish to have this matter placed on record for review. Following the procedure, I experienced significant swelling on the side of my face. I believe this may be related to the compound used for the cavity filling, as the material appeared to have sealed my teeth in a way that prevented proper flossing. When the area was later adjusted to allow flossing, the resulting pressure caused additional swelling. I have since had to apply ice to manage the discomfort and inflammation.
