Everyone was super friendly and very professional. Got into my appointment in a timely manner and finished in a reasonable amount of time. Had several workers offer to help me picking out new frames or answer any questions. I would highly recommend if wanting a new eye doctor. I actually enjoyed the entire process.

Stone Hill Optical is a gem. The moment I walk in I am greeted and checked in promptly. The waiting area is clean and comfortable. The technicians are friendly and explain what is about to be tested! I had the pleasure of meeting Dr. Phan for the first time. She is kind and thorough. I was impressed years ago and am still impresse!

From the second I walked in, the staff treated me like I was there for VIP vision service. Everyone was friendly, helpful, and somehow made the whole “Which is better, 1 or 2… 2 or 3?” stress test actually enjoyable. (For the record, I’m still not emotionally recovered from choosing between 4 and 5.) The doctor was thorough, explained everything clearly, and didn’t make me feel judged for how long it had been since my last exam. Modern equipment, smooth process, and zero awkward waiting room vibes. And let’s talk about the glasses selection — stylish without feeling like you’re choosing between “accountant chic” and “mad scientist.”

Stone Hill Optical is an exceptional clinic to address your optical needs. I received glasses and contacts without issue. The staff is kind and welcoming. They also give all the information you need and answer any and all questions you may have. Over the past few months, I’ve had issues with some new metal frames. Each time, I was met by Cali whom was able to perform the proper repairs/adjustments necessary. I leave happy with the result every time. Thank you Cali and Stone Hill Optical!
