Highly recommend! I’ve been a patient of Dr Renee and Dr Dale for over 30 years. How wonderful that Dr Sydney and Dr Colin have joined the practice! Dr Sydney just did a crown for my cracked tooth and I forgot it had even happened by 30 minutes after the appointment! It’s a perfect fit and the procedure was wonderful. She made sure I didn’t feel a thing! I love this practice!

Stone Dental has very poor and confusing billing practices, which makes it difficult to understand charges, timing, and amounts. I had one half of my mouth treated and paid X out of pocket at the office. The claim was submitted to my insurance and processed without any issues. For the second half of the month and same treatment, I again paid X at the office. This time, the insurance claim was initially denied, and Stone Dental began sending me bills for $580. Again, same type of service that was paid by the insurance before. It was only after I called Stone Dental and set in a three-way call with my insurance company that the issue was identified and the claim was approved—again, for the other half of the same mouth. Scheduled follow up procedure recommended by the doctor with handwritten appointment card. Arrived for appointment which they failed to put on their calendar. Said they would squeeze me in if wait 15 minutes. Waited 35 minutes. Still no doctor available. Full waiting room. No apology. Complete and total disregard for the fact I too have a busy work schedule. Drove 20 miles from work to waste 40 more minutes sitting around waiting when they knew FULL WELL - it was NOT going to be 15 minutes. If I missed an appointment they would have charged me for no advance notice. COMPLETE WASTE OF ONE HOUR AND 45 MINUTES OF MY VALUABLE TIME. Disappointed at best.
