Stone Creek Dental

My first experience with Stone Creek Dental was very positive. They were very nice and professional. I don’t really like getting x-rays however Brittany did a great job! She was fast and efficient. I had a deep cleaning done. I was treated with kindness and respect. I look forward to going back.

I had my first visit today for a cleaning and I had a wonderful experience. My dental hygienist was amazing. I told her I usually have anxiety at the dentist office but she made feel at ease and she was very professional. She did a great job and the dentist took his time and asked me questions. I didn’t feel rushed at all. I definitely would recommend Stone Creek Dental to anyone needing a good dentist.

I love my Dentist office I got 5 crowns and 1 root canal. Mr. Ferguson said one was at an odd angle so he refered me to a specialist for the root canal and they did amazing as well! Also I had an extra root so 4 roots total so great call on his part! He thought I’d need a second root canal but he was honest and said it wasn’t needed after all so they are honest forsure! Tara is amazing as well she can take a joke and she is very professional! Tonya is the MUSCLE if they can’t get the Floss to go through they call the big guns and she will get it done! Anhelis is amazing to she is great at arguing with my annoying insurance! She also helped save me a lot of money with discounts! Brittini is my Hygenist and she taught me I’m allergic to teeth whitening toothpaste and or Sulfates my mouth was

I usually have nothing but positive experiences here, but today I recieved the worst customer care of my life. The Dental Hygienist sat there and lectured me, made harmful assumptions, and made me feel incredibly uncomfortable. I am someone who has more work needed than usual, but that does not excuse her condencensing behavior. Frankly, this was all outrageous. No, not the typical "floss more" or anything like that, but over and over harping on a detail (that she knew nothing about). When I told her: hey, I'm an adult, no need to lecture, I understood you the first time, please do not speak to me this way. She got super defensive, instead of a real apology, she said: I'm sorry you feel that way. She took zero accountability, talking over me over and over. At this point I was full on cryi

This was my first time being a patient at Stone Creek dental and the care I received exceeded my expectations. Brittany was an amazing hygienist and a wealth of knowledge. All of the office staff and the doctor were very kind and professional. The waiting area could use a little more TLC but all of the examination rooms were very clean with wonderful updated equipment. I will not hesitate to return or to recommend this office to others
