St.Louis Medical Associates/ Ozark Rheumatology

My first impression of this office was genuinely refreshing. The supporting staff is incredible. A real person actually answered the phone, and Donna even called me back, which was something I never experienced with my previous specialist. Her nurse was so sweet and kind. I never felt like I was bothering anyone, and I never felt rushed. For the first time in a long while, I’m feeling hopeful that I’ve found a place that truly wants to help me.

I went with my mom to her appointment at Dr. Nagam's office. We were very happy with her and her thoroughness and care. She has helped my mom in the past with good results, but as my mom is getting older things are changing. I feel confident that Dr. Nagam will find a plan that works for her. She is also very prompt.

My first appointment with Dr Nagam was a very pleasant experience. Dr. Nagam was on time and I did not have to wait. Dr. Nagam was very thorough in her exam and fact finding. I felt she listened to me and answered any questions that I had. Dr. Nagam used the testing that I had sent to her from Mayo Clinic and only requested one more blood test which could be done at the Rolla Quest office. Overall I am very pleased with my first visit and feel that Dr. Nagam will find out what medical situation that is causing my health issues.

She is extremely knowledgable and has a great manner. She is attentive and cares about developing a treatment plan. The staff is great, which makes or breaks a practice in most instances.

I had an excellent experience at Ozark Rheumatology. Dr Nagam is very knowledgeable and wanted to help me from my first visit. She is making changes in my medication that is already starting to work. So thankful. Donna and Katy have been very nice and very helpful too. It's a great team! Thank you!
