STL Vision

I have been going to this location for over 35 years. Dr. Pernod made an excellent choice when choosing these doctors to take over his practice when he retired. I have had excellent care both with Dr. Pike and Dr. Schell; their staff is kind and their optical staff are very thorough when assisting with fittings/new glasses. I've never really had to wait for a long time in the waiting room for my appointment. My mom needed extra care and they were extremely helpful when referring her to the St. Louis Society for the Blind & Visually Impaired. If your medical/optical insurance allows it, I would highly recommend STL Vision. (...and then walk down to Ted Drewes and treat yourself!)

I want to share what a great experience I have had at StlVision on Chippewa. The entire staff was friendly, knowable and helpful. Dr Schell was thorough and compassionate. He explained the cataract process in detail and patiently answered all of my questions and concerns. I highly recommend using this facility if you are in need of cataract care.

Dr. Emily Pike is a wonderful optometrist. She has been my eye doctor for about 13 years now. I am always treated with respect. She is very thorough with the examinations and makes you feel at ease. She never rushes you when trying the different lenses, such as is one better or two? So I would really recommend STL Vision for anyone looking for a great eye doctor. Conveniently located on Watson Road next in between Ted Drew’s and Arby’s.

Dr.Pike at STL Vision is an incredible doctor. She took the time to talk me through the science of my eyes, how to be proactive with my diabetes+vision, and provided an incredibly comfortable and safe environment. I highly recommend her and this practice!

Dr Pike is fantastic. I’v never felt rushed. She takes the time to answer all my questions. I feel like she is truly concerned for my eye health.
