STL Urgent Dental (St. Charles)

I was in severe pain on a Saturday. I went here in morning and by mid afternoon had xrays, exam, tooth extraction and bone graft done. Afterwards I followed up with dentist and comments were about what a good job was done. Later I had issues with stitches and healing too quickly (no fault of anyone, just what happened). They saw me during an evening appointment and took care of the issues right away. Everyone I dealt with was great, caring and helpful. Price was very reasonable for an emergency dental issue with no dental insurance. I highly recommend this location.

Dr. Patel is an exceptional dentist! I was very nervous going in for my cavity filling/ possible root canal, but he was incredibly patient, kind, and reassuring throughout the entire process. He took the time to explain everything, made sure I was comfortable, and never rushed me. His calm demeanor truly helped ease my anxiety, and the procedure itself was smooth and painless. I’m so grateful for his care and professionalism and would highly recommend Dr. Patel to anyone—especially if you’re someone who gets nervous at the dentist!

My husband just had a tooth extracted by Dr. Hoerning. Dr Hoerning was impressive. He was very delightful and thorough with explaining all the possibilities and information needed. He did amazing work. Thank you for your service of being available to help us when all other dental services were not. We were able to get the extraction the same day we called.

Ive had a few teeth pulled before but going here was the best experience so far. The doc that did my extraction was the best. Got the tooth out in like 1 min. Super fast.

My daughter had to come here in an emergency situation and Dr.Hoerning took really good care of her. He wasn’t able to pull her wisdom teeth (what we were wishing for) but he set her up really good on some antibiotic, steroids and numbing medication. He is really nice and has awesome table side manners. I would definitely recommend!
