One star because He knew how to do a root canal…. Never have i EVER been to a dentist so cruel and torturous as Dr Stinson, i was there from 5-9:30pm!! Because he would bounce from patient To patient and was suppose to closed at 6. originally came to get tooth pulled we end up doing a root canal because he said we could save it but i regret it! he was so rough and thought it was funny to ram the needle in my mouth and when i told him I wasnt numb, he laugh and said oh your not numb we will see about that and rammed it in my gum above my two front teeth, mind you my root canal was being preformed on my back left MOLAR, he would say mean things to me and my numbing wore off but Just my face was numb, because he didnt do it correctly, so i felt most of the root canal… it was so so painful, be

I don't normally like to do bad reviews. But this really stuck with me we just moved our family to Rutledge from the city and I am trying to get them scheduled for appointments. Unfortunately I have kidney disease so as I'm on the phone trying to schedule the appointment for my three children as new patients I said I'm so sorry I need to take this call and it was less than a minute of me saying hey I can call you right back. Before I can even switch over how about now I know I heard her say are you freaking kidding me but I thought maybe she was just talking to someone in the background. But unbeknownst to me low and behold instead of switching over I realize she hung up on me. Had a crown there a long time ago. When I was leaving he threw me a bottle of stuff. I asked what it was and he said medicated mouth wash, you're gonna need it. I damn sure did. That side of my mouth will never be the same. Hurt s to this day.

The front desk was very rude. There was no sense in it. However, the procedure was fast and done within an hour. They deserve a two star because customer service is pretty basic thing, but they made her experience unpleasant not having been there for 5 minutes because of the unnecessary rudeness. Will definitely avoid coming here until the people on the front desk can learn some decency, and make for a better experience.

Lady at the front desk was extremely rude, started snapping her fingers and me and just being straight up disrespectful. I have a high tolerance to that stuff but she was so rude I left. Never again am I coming back, all of the front staff are insufferable
