⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Jefferson City Health and Rehabilitation Center was absolutely amazing with my dad. From the moment we arrived, the admissions process was smooth and clearly explained—I never felt confused or left in the dark. The facility is very clean and welcoming, which immediately gave us peace of mind. The nursing staff was incredible. They were quick to address any needs and truly went above and beyond in the care they provided. The physical therapy was out of this world good—my dad made so much progress thanks to their dedication and encouragement. This is a great place to be, and I’m so thankful for the compassion, professionalism, and care shown to my dad and our family. Highly recommend

My stay at Jefferson City Health and Rehabilitation Center truly felt like being at home. The staff took such good care of me and always made sure I was comfortable and supported. Therapy was wonderful and made a big difference in my recovery. I especially want to mention Tara — she was amazing to work with and always had so much patience with me. Her kindness and encouragement meant so much during my stay. I’m very thankful for the care I received and would recommend this facility to anyone needing rehab or additional support.

My mom was admitted to Jefferson City Health and Rehab for short-term rehab, but her needs changed and she ultimately required long-term care. Throughout that transition, the staff was incredibly supportive and compassionate. They took the time to help me through the Medicaid process, clearly explaining each step and answering all of my questions, which eased so much of my stress. I am very satisfied with the care my mom receives and grateful for the kindness, patience, and professionalism shown to both her and our family. I truly feel she is in good hands.

I would like to thank Jefferson City Health and Rehabilitation Center for taking such good care of my dad. This is the 2nd time he has done rehabilitation there. My dad is a big jokester. The staff would take time out of their day to go by and joke with him. A special thanks to his NP for helping us get his meds adjusted and on a good schedule for him. Nurse Kim who kept a close check on him and got him out for a lot of the fun activities they offer. Finally Lisa Branner for expediting the process with the VA to get him the rehabilitation he needed. I would highly recommend them and should daddy need rehabilitation in the future- he will go there.

My mom loves nurse Jennifer and her nurse aide Abby. She raves about how well they treat her at night versus the care and attention she gets during the day. I have only talked to Jennifer on the phone but I can tell she loves her patients. Mom says that Abby always smiles and makes her feel special. Having people like this caring for my mom puts me at ease being so far away from her. A huge THANK YOU for their caring hearts! 💞
