The level of incompetence displayed by many of the agency staff at Stillwater is nothing short of disgusting. These are people who willingly accept paychecks to care for the most vulnerable human beings and then spend entire shifts sitting on their phones, refusing to complete basic care tasks, ignoring alarms, and acting as if being asked to do their job is some kind of personal insult. They walk into shifts expecting special treatment, demand praise for bare-minimum effort, and roll their eyes at any request that requires effort beyond existing in the room. this is the worst place to ever had a child lack of proper 24 care lack of staff n proper training and employees dont take pride in their work i wudnt recommend anyone child to be put in here my daughter has been to ed and hospitalized several times dues to not being changed or bathed . she ended up in special children's 3x due to uroseptis e coli and hypothermia due to not being changed and sitting in dirty diapers ...its hell on earth

Very nice as compared to what it was ten or more years ago. Staff is friendly and patients seem well taken care of.
