Paul is a miracle worker! I initially saw Paul due to an injury from a fall. After several sessions this issue was resolved. However, I have stayed on a regular schedule with Paul in order to maintain my flexibility, have a faster recovery after exercising, improve my sleep and reduce my stress. Massage therapy is a regular self-care practice for me and as a cancer survivor this is very important and an ongoing part of my treatment plan! Paul is knowledgeable, professional and listens to my concerns. We are so fortunate to have him practicing in our area!!! I highly recommend!!!

The best thing I ever did for my own self-care was scheduling reoccurring massages with Cara. The atmosphere is perfect and tranquil. I really look forward to my sessions. I have pain issues from intense body building and power lifting when I was younger, so I needed a deep tissue massage to help decrease my shoulder and back pain. Paul provided the deep tissue massage that I was looking for. The massage was intense at times but that was what I needed to break up the muscle scare tissue that has accumulated over the years in my back and shoulders.
