Compass Healthcare and Rehab Rowan

My Dad has been there since October 2023. He likes it there. I have eaten a meal with him there. They have good home cooked meals. The staff are kind and helpful. They really show concern for the patients. I have been in many facilities and although it is an older facility, I feel like it sets the bar for the standard of care. It smells nice, they have a full service salon for the residents. I am truly impressed. All I can say is come see for yourself.

My mom has been at Compass for almost a year and we love everyone there. The staff is amazing and takes such good care of my mom. Each time we go to visit her she is always smiling. Everyone is so friendly. Everyone there communicates wonderfully with me and I have never had any problems. Place is so affordable with the best care I could ask for for my mom. I wouldn't want her to be any other place. Thank you everyone at Compass for taking such good care of one of the most important people to me in the world.

My sister only just moved in 5 days ago. The staff and Tui have been unbelievably wonderful. I am so thankful they had a place for . I can't say enough about the staff they go above and beyond. My sister is a very picky eater and a vegetarian and she loves their food. I highly recommend Compass to anyone who needs assistance.My sister passed away on May 1st at Compass. The staff were absolutely wonderful. They treated my sister with respect and dignity. I am so thankful she was in their care. Special thanks to the dietary staff, Stephanie, Tui, and Valerie. I thank all of them. They are wonderful, caring dedicated people. Thanks to all who made her life and mine so much easier. Thank God for them

My mom has been at Compass for a few years now. This facility has come a long way with the new owners by updating it. Everyone I come in contact with is friendly and it is comforting knowing my mom is well taken care of. The staff is attentive to not only the needs of my mom but have also been there for me when I needed someone to talk to. During Covid they kept me informed the whole time what was going on and I didn't have to worry that they weren't keeping things safe. I can honestly say if I felt anything wasn't safe for my mom, she would not be here.

My dad is currently a patient here and they have done wonders with him. He used to be at accordius health and he got down to barely a hundred pounds, he was confused all the time and over all not doing well. He’s gained weight here, he can hold a conversation, I just can’t thank this place enough it feels like I have my dad back.
