This practice is phenomenal. They go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable! I’ve always been nervous going to the dentist, but Jenna and Dr. Stiehl made me feel very at ease! Dr. Stiehl does great work and is VERY gentle!! The front desk ladies are just as welcoming! Thank y’all for being so kind!!

Most awesomely amazingly wonderful place to have anything worked on inside your mouth!! Absolutely 💯 wonderful, kind, efficient, and caring staff! Very informative, great mannered, awesome work ethics and skilled professionals all staff and dentists!! Have been so happy and pleased with all the great work that Dr. Stiehl did to give me back my smile and have great teeth again. Christy, ladies up front are so awesome and always caring for you when you walk in their front door until walking out from a great visit!

Editing my review because I wanted to continue seeing Dr Jackson, however they've told me my insurance won't pay for another exam and I'd have to pay the full amount up front to be seen. They told me they're purposely out of network with insurance so that they can collect the insurance portion and then bill you the same amount. I told them in that case, they can cancel the appointment because I can't afford so much out of pocket. I've since tried to call back and reschedule because I decided I'd rather get better care and deal with the cost, but they won't answer the phone which is very upsetting. I was in pain from a cavity and they fit me in last minute and stayed a little past closing too to make sure they finished my fillings. I'm extremely grateful to Dr Jackson and Sarah and the lad

This practice has changed over the years and not for the better. I have been a patient here for over 10 years. After I complained that they filed a claim with my insurance company for X-rays that they didn’t take on my previous visit they told me that they were no longer going to treat me as a patient. They have also started charging a 2.5% credit card fee as well. Ever since this practice has taken on more partners it has become more of a corporate entity that cares more about making money than it does about it’s patients.

Went for a routine cleaning, I hadn’t been in awhile due to lack of insurance (3 years) checked with my new insurance and even though Stiehl is out of network, my insurance said that the routine cleaning would be at no cost to me. Well because I hadn’t been in awhile I was charged around $100 for deep cleaning and extra X-rays. Fine it makes sense, so I pay and leave. Fast forward a couple weeks and I get a bill for $20, I call them and ask what it’s for and state all the info I got from my insurance company. Their answer is that the amount my insurance is willing to pay just isn’t enough for them, and they need $20. So now they’re going to lose all my business going forward on principle. Hope the $20 was worth losing a patient.
