This doctor’s office is horrible and highly unprofessional. I have had several negative experiences in which one included malpractice. The secretary is very disrespectful and extremely unorganized. Because I am not a doctor and at the time I didn’t Know what was best, he performed a procedure in which he shouldn’t that later needed to be corrected surgically. I went to speak with the doctor and he refused as the receptionists were very aggressive while cussing me out. I have two kids that went there that no longer do for a number of reasons. The doctor even insisted on seeing my child in the hallway before during a private appointment which also was very distasteful so I cut it short and left. I regret I didn’t stop going there sooner as me and my kids were the ones it impacted most. If y

If you want people to talk trash about your health out loud go here🤠 ! Literally the receptionist are phony they act nice but look at you weird because they spend time trash talking you about your decisions. The actual ob that was covering for mine literally purposely was loud about my health. I’m definitely switching. The only one that’s nice and professional is Amanda. She’s a real one.

Waited an extra 45 min after checking in before getting up and saying something to discover that the secretary forgot to check me in. Then they bring me right in to Hamada and he doesn't even know what the appointment is for. I ask him questions about the medication he pushes on me and the only reply I get from him is "its good." Every step of the way since then, dealing with this office has not gotten any better. I've caught the secretary in more than one lie, most likely to cover up that she is not doing her job. Its a struggle to get them to do anything that requires action including answering the phone and returning calls.

Positive interactions with Dr. Wilson and staff and the lab. Dr. Wilson has listened carefully to all my medical complaints and addressed every one. I couldn’t be happier. The lab staff are polite and helpful.
