Steward Medical Group Patient Portal log in Although I have been a patient for decades, could not log in , contacted technical support and a link was sent to enter my birth date, which I did correctly but I was still unable proceed. I asked the technical support person to investigate why, she said that she was not able to do anything else and hung up. I called technical support back and when my turn came up, the line was disconnected. This is not only poor technical support it is also rude. The only reason I stay in this network is because of my doctor, but the If Steward Heath Technical Care services continues to be this rude I will be forced to find providers that have a more suitable staff.
