I went to an appointment that was given to me when I got there they told me that they will not see me the doctor there’s no longer seeing new patients. I told him I’ve been calling all week she even saw the call log and I called in front of her. She saw the phone ringing and she kicked me out of the office. The whole office staff embarrass me. No one there to help me I go for a supervisor. They told me no one was available to leave that they don’t need me there. You been warn this was at Thursday, May 4 at 8:30 AM in the sunrise office. Pompano Hospital in Hialeah Florida. They’re not there not nice there too and there you for parking .

I am the administrator of a church in Hialeah, FL. We've been here for 47 years and have a large following. My father is in Palmetto Hospital owned by Stewart Health with an intestinal issue and I've never seen the carelessness and lack of support and respect for a patient! My father deficated on himself today and it took 3 hours for someone to change his sheets and clean him up!! We asked politely several times and no one did anything about it!! I am appalled at the lack of decency and care my father is getting. I will forward this letter to corporate for an investigation! I will also make our congregation aware of this day!

Not at all surprising that this is so low. Rockledge Medical Center EMERGENCY DEPARTMENT DISGUSTING (like 3rd world ish)facility staffed by DISGUSTING people. Sort of hard to blame just the little hourly wage folks when they likely hate life working for this foul company. Outpatient services Urology on Spyglass Hill Rd Melbourne also dismissive nasty office staff, of course that’s how the physician behaves so why should they be any more kind to patients. ONE EXCEPTION THE ROCKLEDGE OUTPATIENT SURGERY STAFF STELLAR!!! Each person from beginning to end, maybe these nurses could give decency and kindness training across the board. I took my 8 yr old granddaughter to their emergency room in Rockledge Florida. Her pediatrician thought that she may have had appendicitis. The orders for a CT said stat. We had to go through the ER for the test or if she went to a diagnostic lab Cigna insurance stated they needed a week to review & give permission. The waiting room was filthy & there was no area for those that were healthy. When speaking to nurse at least 30 mins after arriving at least 90% of what he was saying was incorrect. The only room open had a recliner that they had my granddaughter lay on for exam which would have been ok but it wasn't wiped down from last patient. We waited outside after exam waiting for CT(LAB, CONTRAST, ETC.) After more than 40 mins more she was taken to a hospital in Orlando. This hospital is

This medical group is terrible. I would give it less than 1 star if possible. I fractured both bones in my lower leg. No surgery even though one bone was in 2 pieces. Took 10 months to heal. The nurse was great but the doctor was a flake. When the doctor quit Steward Medical Group he referred me to a podiatrist not an orthopedic doctor because that's the only other doctor they had. I had to go to a nearby hospital ER to get X-rays becaus e they couldn't do them onsite. Stay away from these people if you want to live.
