Dr. Steven Heird is an exceptional physician. I wish I would have gone to him years ago, my legs feel like they did when I was 20 years old! He does a phenomenal job! His staff are phenomenal people and are all very polite and positive. Unbelievable visits!

Dr. Heird was exceptional and highly regarded in the industry. His office staff not so. I needed to know what procedures would be covered by my insurance (they said that my insurance should cover some of the procedures) and they refused, profusely to find out. They were complaining that they would have to find out from the doctor and had no time to call the insurance company with information and that I had to do it. While I had explained that my insurance company required that the doctors office call with the appropriate information and then they would explain what the process is for a claim, if any could be paid. The thing is .. it wasn’t about the money, it was about the appropriate process for a claim. Then, Becky called back to let me know that they did not want to have me as a client.

My wife had a severe and increasing need for medical care in Dr. Heird's specialty. Without going into personal details, our experience there was eminently satisfying for the immediate and the long term. The doctor and all of the support staff here performed with excellence. 5 stars are all deserved.
